Wellness is not a temporary goal, it’s a journey to holistic way of living. “Small changes can make tremendous impact in the quality of your life. We aim to bring about a positive approach to life with practical and hands-on tips so that you can lead a more meaningful, disease-free and a happier life,” says Kriti.
The Journey till Today
Born and brought up in Jalandhar, Punjab, Kriti has been inclined to the enigmatic world of yoga and meditation from the tender age of 8 years. Right from Art of Living workshops for kids, she has been actively involved in yoga ever since then. A graduate in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Management, a classical dance enthusiast (Masters in Kathak), a certified theatre and voice-over artist, and a singer (thanks to the beautiful genes), Kriti has all the reasons to be high on life.
Driven by the urge to emancipate people and help them lead a better life, Kriti opted to pursue Teacher’s training in the field of Yoga and eventually became a faculty with the Art of Living Foundation. After seeing that she has actually been able to make a drastic positive impact to the lives of children and adults, the journey has been unstoppable since then.

The next big leap to help alleviate people’s sufferings was the knowledge of an alternate healing technique called Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST). CST is known to heal a wide of problems ranging from minor aches and pains to a wider arena of severe chronic conditions. Kriti was fortunate to be trained under the guidance of Dr. Ankita Malik (Mumbai) and Bente Linnea Skovborg- Mareechi Klinikken (Denmark).

“The journey of learning never stops,” believes Kriti. She moved on for formal education in CST from The Upledger Institute International, Florida, and then did a postgraduate course in distance CST from College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy, London.

With the unimaginable healing power of CST, Kriti has treated hundreds of people over the last 3 years and helped them come out of long term ailments like slip disc, tinnitus and many more with gentle and non-invasive methodology. This was not only an aid in physical ailments but also a relief from the mental agony and stress because of the traumatic physical problems.

With a profound understanding of the complex relationship of the human mind with body, Kriti promises to serve humanity and help people live their life with satiation and humility.
